We care for your loved one as you would at home—with love, care, patience, and dignity.

Crossroads at Lakewood is located west of Denver in Jefferson County.

New Ownership! On April 1, 2020, Lakewood Memory Care officially joined Crossroads Senior Living, which owns two other senior care operations in Colorado, including a memory care community in Delta. We are thrilled to have Lakewood join the Crossroads family and be a part of our caring, vibrant, and growing community.

Memory Care

Crossroads at Lakewood welcomes residents into a beautiful Craftsman-style building with large windows, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of amenities to care for your loved one. Residents can stay in a private studio apartment or share an apartment with a roommate.

The space is designed specifically for those with dementia, and residents will be allowed to explore the community safely. We also have a specialized memory care program called “In the Moment,” which focuses on physical engagement, spiritual support, artistic expression, community connections, continuing education, and lifestyle and leisure.
