• Support groups and educational programs

Our residents receive a comprehensive health assessment to determine the type and amount of care and social services needed, including the following:

• Coordination of care with home and hospice providers
• Rounding physicians who visit residents regularly in the privacy of his or her apartment
• Resident-specific activity programming, including in-house activities, group activities, and outings
• Therapeutic diets

There may be an additional fee for complex care needs, which will be determined during the assessment.

Respite care: $250 per day

Our community provides an option for those needing memory support services. You may consider using respite services for family vacations, caregiver unavailability, or trial stays. Daily fees for respite care are collected in advance and range from 14-30 days.
