Crossroads Senior Living currently has Full Time and Part Time openings at our Delta Community for Qualified Medication Assistance Personnel (QMAP). Our Delta community has been in operation for over 20 years as Crossroads being the single owner. Our Memory Care community has been in operation for 8 years. We are a non profit organization and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to providing assistance with medication administration in accordance with the Colorado Health Department guidelines according to QMAP certification. Basic computer skills are a plus but not required as we utilize state systems to assure medications are administered according to Physicians orders. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and national background check.
