Caregiving – Northglenn

Crossroads Senior Living currently has openings at our Northglenn Community for Personal Care Providers. Our Northglenn community has been in operation for over 20 years as Crossroads being the single owner. We are a non profit faith based organization and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to our Seniors in a home like setting. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to escorts, showers, dressing, grooming, socialization, observation and reporting. Basic computer skills are a plus but not required as we utilize state of the art care technology to both assign and record cares provided. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and national background check. Current openings all three shifts. Progressive hire on bonus may apply of $200, $300, $500.

Job Type:  Full-time/Part-time

Pay:  Hourly, based on experience

Duties:

• Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
• Charting or taking notes for others to review
• Providing companionship and supportive listening
• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
• Taking vitals, height, and weight
• Responding to emergency situations
