At Crossroads, we take pride in being the premier choice for seniors in and around Delta County. Our strategic location, just a brief two-minute drive from the hospital, ensures convenient access to essential medical facilities.

Our spacious apartments are beautifully decorated to provide a cheery atmosphere for the residents. Currently, we offer six floor plans to choose from.

At Crossroads we seek to inspire every resident, every day. This is particularly true for our residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia. We work with each resident to encourage them to engage in activities that promote expression and maintain their cognitive skills. Our families are regularly part of the activities with our residents.
